Comfortable place for exploring Newbury. A mini fridge bar, air conditioner and a flat screen TV in the room were great. The staff was helpful all that time.

The room was nice, excellent service from the staff. Hotel's receptionist was top! Paid 20.50 GBP per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it.
The street, it was too noisy.
